Joy builds and delivers the curriculum personally, covering data handling, access hygiene, phishing and social engineering, and incident reporting, calibrated to what your staff actually touch and written fresh for each client rather than reused from a stock deck.
Delivered as a one-time annual session or an ongoing retainer, depending on how much reinforcement your team needs. A completed-training checkbox isn't the goal. Staff confident enough in the material to make the right call when something looks off is.
Who it's for
Good fit if your current training is a vendor module nobody remembers a week later, or you don't have structured training at all and know you're overdue. Less good fit if you need a compliance checkbox and don't actually care whether it changes behavior.
Typical shape: 2–3 week curriculum build, fixed fee scoped on the intro call, with an annual refresh or quarterly retainer option.
