Who it's for
Good fit if your board or executive team has approved AI adoption and nobody actually owns the governance, you suspect people are using AI tools you can't see, or you have a policy everyone's ignoring. Less good fit if you just want a document to show an auditor with no real change to how people work. That document can be written, but you're better off finding someone cheaper to write it.
